How It Works
Your order will be inspected and will ship in 1-6 business days from date of order and we ship strategically to avoid your plant being trapped over the weekend. Calypso's Garden LLC ships via UPS/ USPS to Continental US states, Alaska, and Hawaii only. We can also ship to US territories but there may be added surcharge. If you need any assistance, our Customer Care Team would be happy to help via email! If you need a special shipping arrangement, please contact us at calypsos.garden.llc@gmail.com after your purchase.
Returns
How It Works
You may cancel your order within 24hr after ordering without any fees. Any orders cancelled after 24 hours will be refunded as a STORE CREDIT ONLY! Once you have received your plant, unwrap carefully. Please report any signs of plant stress (yellowing of leaves or stem rot) within 24 hours of receiving. Please submit pictures to calypsos.garden.llc@gmail.com. We cannot refund plants from negligent care.
